my 2025 resolutions

it’s unbelievable that it’s already the new year. i — like many other people — set goals for the new year then forget about them after january. this year, however, i’m more motivated to improve myself by following these goals. here are those said goals, including ways

  • get good grades

    • study/review the material from that day when i get home

  • exercise 3x per week

    • i attend pilates and personal training (respectively) once per week, but i want to do something independently at home in addition

  • earn & save money

    • pick up more work shifts when able

    • limit spending

  • make progress on girl scout gold award

    • dedicate time on weekends to work towards it

  • read 80 books

    • read during slow periods at school

    • limit mindless scrolling at home

  • eat healthier

    • limit junk food that doesn’t actually fuel me

    • include more protein in my meals

  • prioritize sleep

    • go to bed earlier (especially during the week)

    • aim for 9 hours

  • write more

    • build a stronger afternoon routine that includes writing
